Role Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running production lines, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting with routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
-Set up, start-up, adjust, and convert machinery and production lines to meet production schedules.
-Check raw materials and supplies to ensure the correct inputs are used, monitor the quality of the finished products, and intervene if necessary to maintain standards.
-Resolve simple operational issues and alert supervisors or technical staff of major malfunctions.
-Conduct regular inspections based on established quality and quantity standards, report deviations and issues.
-Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
-Instruct and supervise operators and temporary workers regarding their tasks to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
-Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
-Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
-Good attention to detail and quality standards.
-Team player with strong communication skills.
