About the Role
This role focuses on operating and managing the forming section of snack production lines. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth production flow, consistent product quality and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor forming equipment on multiple production lines
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging and personnel
- Adjust machine settings such as speed and temperature when required
- Monitor output quality including appearance, weight and quantities
- Identify and resolve operational disruptions
- Perform test runs and quality checks
- Register production data related to quality, quantity and technical status
- Instruct and support production staff on the line
- Work in line with hygiene, safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements
- Experience within a food production or manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work in a 2 shift system
- Proactive and quality focused mindset
- Hands on attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Good command of Dutch and or English, both spoken and written
