Job Description
The Food Production Line Operator (3-Shift) controls, coordinates, and monitors the production process under the guidance of the shift manager. This role is responsible for starting up, setting up, adjusting, and changing over production machines, while ensuring output meets strict quality and safety standards. The operator also registers production data and supports smooth daily operations on the line.

Responsibilities
- Start up, set up, adjust, and change over machines and production lines
- Check the availability of the correct raw materials and packaging materials before and during production
- Monitor production output against agreed KPIs and quality standards, and take action when deviations occur
- Perform routine quality and quantity checks and report issues to the shift manager
- Resolve simple operational malfunctions and escalate major malfunctions to the supervisor and/or technical department
- Complete production administration accurately and on time
- Instruct colleagues and temporary workers on tasks, working methods, and standards on the line
- Work according to strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times

Requirements
- MBO working and thinking level
- Basic technical knowledge and/or experience in a production environment (food industry experience is a plus)
- Familiar with HACCP and working in quality- and safety-driven environments
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable supporting others where needed
- Willing and able to work in a 3-shift schedule
