About the position
You will work on pharmaceutical production lines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You may be assigned to fully automated, semi-automated, or manual production lines depending on operational needs. The role requires focus, accuracy, and flexibility, as you will regularly switch between tasks and lines. You will be part of a central flex team and work in a 2 shift schedule. This position suits candidates who enjoy hands-on work, structured processes, and teamwork in an international setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production lines according to established operating procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with fellow operators and line leads to achieve daily production targets
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, delivery, and performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Escalate issues or deviations clearly and factually when required
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and results
  • Participate actively in shift handovers and team communications
  • Ensure all required trainings are completed within deadlines
  • Adapt quickly to different production lines and tasks when needed

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP experience is an advantage)
  • Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Comfortable working in multicultural and international teams
  • Understanding of continuous improvement within your own role
  • Good communications skills in English
  • Willingness to work in shift patterns
