Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to support production and logistics activities at our client’s site in Oss. This role involves handling various warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, preparing, and shipping goods
-Execute operational, administrative, and control activities related to warehouse processes
-Print, verify, and sign off on logistics documents and system-generated lists
-Enter and update data accurately in logistics management systems
-Identify and resolve issues related to safety, quality, or efficiency in daily operations
-Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or process disruptions
-Support first-line maintenance and conduct basic fault detection and repairs
-Act as a trainer for colleagues if required
-Communicate effectively within the team and external partners, such as drivers
-Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience in warehousing or logistics support preferred
-Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, moving goods)
-Comfortable working under time pressure and in various conditions, including cold storage and noisy areas
-Fluency in Dutch
-Relevant certifications for warehouse operations and equipment use are an advantage
Other Information:
-Work mainly involves two-shift operations, including a night shift every 13 weeks, with some roles available during day shifts. Both full-time and part-time options (minimum 24 hours/week) are available.
