Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Reliability and Maintenance Improvement Engineer to join our client’s team. In this hands-on role, you will focus on enhancing the technical reliability of production lines, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading efforts to reduce unplanned downtime and boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Responsibilities:
- Reduce unplanned downtime caused by technical issues through detailed analysis and process improvements.
- Enhance preventive maintenance strategies, line balancing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution.
- Conduct Root Cause Analyses with a focus on lasting, structural solutions to recurring issues.
-Implement and support Tier 1 problem-solving techniques within maintenance teams.
- Coach maintenance technicians and technical operators build their problem-solving skills.
- Contribute technical insights during Tier 2 performance meetings to address ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with the Performance Excellence Specialist to analyze OEE losses from both technical and operational perspectives.
- Develop and execute improvement plans that tackle machines, process, and human factors.
- Drive the implementation of changes, ensuring sustainable results across the manufacturing process.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to optimize maintenance and operational procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar engineering or reliability role within a production environment, preferably FMCG.
- Strong expertise in OEE analysis, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
- Practical, result-oriented, and comfortable working on the shopfloor.
- Excellent collaboration skills, especially with operational teams and technicians.
- Strong process-driven mindset with the ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance methodologies and frameworks.
