Job Description
We are looking for a Packaging Line Operator to support day-to-day operations on a busy packing line. The Packaging Line Operator ensures the packaging line runs smoothly, meets quality and safety requirements, and delivers the right output. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, following clear procedures, and solving issues quickly when they arise.

Responsibilities
The Packaging Line Operator will:
- Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines such as case erectors, folding machines, and closing/sealing machines
- Check the line output and make adjustments to keep performance and quality on track
- Operate and set metal detection and checkweighing controls
- Operate and set a stacking robot (where applicable)
- Perform routine process and safety checks at set intervals
- Keep the work area clean and hygienic and follow site hygiene procedures
- Identify and resolve minor faults or deviations and escalate when needed
- Work according to site procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Experience operating production or packaging machinery (packaging line experience is strongly preferred)
- Comfortable following protocols and completing routine checks consistently
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Able to stay calm under pressure and take initiative
- Willing and able to follow strict hygiene rules required in a food production environment
- Dutch and English is Mandatory.

Other Information
The work takes place in a production environment with strict hygiene requirements (for example: no make-up, perfume, false nails, or false eyelashes on the production floor, and a required changing procedure with protective clothing).
