Job Description:
For a production site in Boxtel, we are looking for a Production Line Operator (2-Shift). In this role, the Production Line Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production line equipment, ensuring output meets quality standards, and keeping the process running smoothly during the shift.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, start up, and operate production line equipment according to procedures and work instructions
- Check the availability of raw materials, packaging, and personnel to ensure the line can start on time
- Perform line changeovers and adjust settings such as speed and temperature when needed
- Monitor production output (appearance, weight, and quantities) and carry out required checks
- Identify operational issues and resolve first-line malfunctions where possible, escalating when needed
- Record production data related to quality, quantity, and technical condition in the system
- Support and guide production colleagues during daily operations
- Work in line with hygiene and quality standards and keep the workplace clean and organized

Requirements:
- Experience as an operator in a production environment, preferably within the food industry
- Willing and able to work in a two-shift rotation (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00)
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written
- Proactive, quality-minded, and comfortable working in a team
- Able to follow procedures and maintain strong hygiene discipline

Other Information:
The Production Line Operator (2-Shift) role is based on-site in Boxtel.
