Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Site Deployment Coordinator to lead the successful deployment of a new ERP system across multiple factories. This role involves taking ownership of deployment activities, coordinating efforts among various teams, and ensuring smooth integration and testing of processes on-site. Responsibilities Own the deployment readiness for the production sites involved. Coordinate local execution across all workstreams, including Make, Maintain, Quality, Plan, R&D, and Delivery. Lead testing, training, and cutover activities at each site. Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies during deployment. Align site teams with leadership to ensure smooth communication and progress. Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related activities at each location. Proven experience with SAP implementations, cutovers, and large-scale business transformations. Preferably with a background in manufacturing environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work seamlessly with managers, operators, and change agents. Hands-on, action-oriented approach with excellent time and task management. Confident in communicating with diverse teams and levels of the organization. Ability to motivate others and manage change effectively.
