Requirement - MBO or equivalent technical education. - Proven experience working in automated production environments, preferably within assembly, labelling, or packaging. - Strong technical, mechanical, and analytical skills. - Experience with structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis methodologies, such as RCA and 5WHY. - Experience working in a highly regulated production environment; GMP experience is advantageous. - Familiarity with SAP and/or MES systems. - Strong sense of ownership and a structured, quality-driven approach to work. - Good command of English, both written and spoken. - Willingness and flexibility to work in 3-shift and 5-shift operations.
