Role Description
As a Production & Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out manual production and packaging activities with a high level of accuracy and consistency in a GMP-regulated environment. You will follow established procedures and work instructions, perform quality checks, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that production activities are completed safely and in compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual production and packaging activities in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and GMP requirements.
- Perform production quality checks to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Complete and maintain accurate GMP documentation, including batch records, production logs, and other relevant records.
- Identify, document, and report deviations and support the resolution process.
- Participate in triage and problem-solving meetings involving Production and Quality teams.
- Perform equipment and production line set-up, close-down, and cleaning activities.
- Ensure production activities are performed safely, consistently, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain the required work tempo while performing repetitive manual tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth and reliable production operations.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently while maintaining productivity and work standards.
- Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Experience working with SOPs, standard procedures, or work instructions; experience in a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in 2-shift, 3-shift, and 5-shift operations.
