About the Role:
We are looking for an Automated Production Technician to join a GMP-regulated manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated production equipment, help resolve technical issues, complete production documentation, and ensure products are manufactured safely and according to quality standards.
You will work closely with colleagues from Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to keep the production process running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor automated production equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or production issues.
-Perform basic machine adjustments to support efficient production and minimise downtime.
-Accurately record production data and activities in SAP and MES systems.
-Monitor the manufacturing process and escalate deviations or quality concerns when required.
-Complete production documentation, including batch records and production logs.
-Support line setup, product changeovers, and shutdown activities.
-Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks according to procedures.
-Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
-Participate in shift handovers and communicate important production updates.
-Contribute to process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and operational performance.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment always.

Requirements:
-Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
-Experience operating automated machinery or production equipment.
-Experience within a GMP-regulated environment is preferred, ideally within pharmaceuticals, -biotechnology, food, or another regulated industry.
-Comfortable following procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements.
-Good technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
-Good communication skills and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Willingness to work shifts as required.
-Familiarity with production documentation and GMP working practices.
