Solid understanding of immunology, microbiota, and biotics is advantageous. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is a plus. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Comfortable working in complex, evolving, and matrixed environments. Strong capability to translate complex science into clear, relevant value propositions for HCPs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
