Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Equipment Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale equipment projects. This role involves managing technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and following strict quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary projects involving process equipment, utilities, and facility upgrades.
- Manage all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial planning, procurement, engineering, installation, and commissioning to validation and handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams (engineering, quality, validation, operations) and external partners, including suppliers and contractors.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and vendor relationships throughout the project.
- Ensure all project activities comply with technical specifications, quality assurance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, execute, and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) at vendor sites and project locations.
- Review technical documentation such as User Requirements Specifications (URS), equipment specifications, design documents, and validation protocols.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders through meetings and reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in technical or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, process systems, automation, and utilities.
- Proven experience managing equipment vendors and external contractors.
- Skilled in contract negotiations, change management, and project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
