Role Description
This assignment is designed for an experienced Medical Affairs professional seeking to contribute within a science-driven, international environment. The role focuses on supporting and advancing the medical and scientific strategy for the Early Life portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of scientific expertise, strategic planning, and execution. Working closely with global and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape how scientific evidence is translated into compelling medical narratives and educational content for healthcare professionals (HCPs). As part of a highly collaborative team, you will play a visible role in strengthening portfolio positioning and ensuring consistent, credible scientific communication across global touchpoints.
Responsibilities

- Advanced degree (minimum Master’s) in nutrition, life sciences, medicine, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs, ideally within nutrition, paediatrics, infant health, or related healthcare sectors.
- Strong preference for experience in Early Life Nutrition.
- Solid understanding of immunology, microbiota, and biotics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working in complex, evolving, and matrixed environments.
- Strong capability to translate complex science into clear, relevant value propositions for HCPs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally at a global level.
- Fluent in English.
