Role Description
This assignment is designed for an experienced Medical Affairs professional seeking to contribute within a science-driven, international environment. The role focuses on supporting and advancing the medical and scientific strategy for the Early Life portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of scientific expertise, strategic planning, and execution. Working closely with global and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape how scientific evidence is translated into compelling medical narratives and educational content for healthcare professionals (HCPs). As part of a highly collaborative team, you will play a visible role in strengthening portfolio positioning and ensuring consistent, credible scientific communication across global touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the deployment of key medical and scientific strategies across the portfolio.
  • Translating strategic priorities into clear medical direction and impactful scientific narratives
  • Contributing to portfolio-level positioning, including value propositions and scientific claims in line with compliance standards.
  • Acting as a strategic medical partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and scientific rigor.
  • Leading or supporting the development and rollout of educational materials for healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring all materials are scientifically robust, compliant, and aligned within a structured learning journey.
  • Translating complex scientific concepts into clear, credible, and differentiated messaging.
  • Overseeing the activation of medical content across education platforms, scientific exchange, and congresses.
  • Contributing to medical strategies for key international congresses and external scientific events.
  • Supporting the development of cohesive scientific storytelling and aligned messaging.
  • Acting as a senior medical advisor on content, narrative development, and engagement approaches.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree (minimum Master’s) in nutrition, life sciences, medicine, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Medical Affairs, ideally within nutrition, paediatrics, infant health, or related healthcare sectors.
  • Strong preference for experience in Early Life Nutrition.
  • Solid understanding of immunology, microbiota, and biotics is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable working in complex, evolving, and matrixed environments.
  • Strong capability to translate complex science into clear, relevant value propositions for HCPs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally at a global level.
  • Fluent in English.
