Role Description
As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for driving medical and scientific strategies across the Early Life Nutrition portfolio. You will translate scientific evidence into clear medical narratives, educational content, and healthcare professional engagement initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will support scientific positioning, medical communications, and the delivery of key global medical priorities.

Responsibilities
- Support and drive the medical deployment of key scientific strategies, translating priorities into clear medical narratives and educational content.
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring scientific accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development and execution of scientifically robust educational materials and tools for healthcare professionals, aligning content with strategic goals.
- Contribute to the scientific communication plan at international congresses and events, delivering compelling storytelling and ensuring message consistency.
- Provide scientific input and guidance on medical claims, value propositions, and narratives, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure medical messaging supports the company’s portfolio positioning and external scientific credibility.


Requirements
- Advanced degree in nutrition, life sciences, medicine, or related field (Master’s degree minimum).
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within nutrition, pediatrics, or infant health.
- Knowledge of early life development, microbiota, immune system, and related scientific topics is highly advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills.
- Ability to communicate complex science clearly and credibly to healthcare professionals.
- Experience working across functions within a matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
