Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will support the production and quality of cell therapy products, working in a highly regulated, aseptic environment to ensure the delivery of safe and effective treatments.

Responsibilities:

    • Support daily manufacturing operations in both production support and manufacturing teams.
    • Perform tasks such as processing blood products, preparing growth media, and handling batch documentation in line with SOPs and cGMP standards.
    • Conduct visual inspections of final products and cryopreserve excess cells as needed.
    • Assist with transfer and documentation of samples to quality control.
    • Support cleanroom activities, including maintaining environment cleanliness and materials decontamination.
    • Help troubleshoot equipment and process issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Draft and revise manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and work instructions to enhance processes and ensure compliance.
    • Participate in investigations for deviations and assist in change management procedures.
    • Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings, to support manufacturing schedules.

Requirements:
    • MLO/MBO/HBO qualification (MBO Level or higher) with a background in Life Sciences.
    • Experience with cGMP manufacturing in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
    • Familiarity with aseptic procedures and working in full gowning requirements.
    • Knowledge of blood processing methods (e.g., Vapro A/B or LITOP A/B) is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis.
    • Hands-on, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate well within a team.
    • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is not required.
