Role Description
This position supports the Out of Home and Food Service business in the Netherlands by ensuring that commercial agreements are accurately translated into financial results. The role acts as a key link between sales, finance, and outsourced service teams, helping to manage customer pricing, claims, invoices, and financial reserves. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining transparency in the profit and loss statement while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer agreements are accurately reflected in the profit and loss statement
- Process customer price claims and customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with and guide remote support teams to ensure timely execution
- Advise sales and finance teams on financial risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal control policies
- Act as the primary contact for pricing related matters within the sales organization
- Maintain accurate customer payment and financial position statements
- Support financial commitment tracking and reserve management
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Serve as the connection between outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders


Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, sales support, commercial support, or a related function
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams
- Experience working with remote or international teams
- Comfortable working under strict deadlines
- Strong learning agility and adaptability
- Risk management awareness
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
