Role Description
We are seeking a skilled QC Transfer Specialist to join our Animal Health division. In this role, you will ensure the successful transfer and validation of biological and analytical tests related to vaccines and pharmaceuticals. You will play a key part in transferring new tests from R&D or other sites into our quality control labs, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and meeting transfer timelines.


Responsibilities
-Lead and support the transfer of biological and analytical tests for vaccines and pharmaceutical products, ensuring reproducibility and quality.
-Manage transfer projects, whether introducing new tests or transferring existing ones from R&D or other sites, within set timeframes.
-Perform and validate transfer tests, support testing of post-transfer samples, and coordinate with the QC team for seamless integration.
-Act as the primary contact for deviations, changes, audits, training, and documentation related to transfers, adhering to GMP procedures.
-Collaborate with R&D and other sites to ensure smooth transfer processes and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools.
-Monitor transfer progress, escalate issues when necessary, and drive towards timely completion of projects.


Requirements
-HBO education or higher in microbiology, analytical chemistry, or a related laboratory field.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a biological QC or similar lab environment, preferably within a GMP or GLP setting.
-Proven experience with transfer processes, project management, and data analysis.
Familiarity with SAP, LIMS, or similar electronic data systems.
-Certification or experience with Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, and root cause analysis is a plus.
Accurate, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
