Requirements - Fluent in English and German (both required). - Several years of experience in customer operations, customer service, supply chain operations, or logistics coordination. - Strong working knowledge of SAP and confidence working with data, documentation, and process compliance. - Able to prioritise in a high-volume environment and maintain accuracy under time pressure. - Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international, multicultural setting.
