Functieomschrijving Als QC Analist voer je laboratoriumanalyses uit en rapporteer je over testen voor productie, stabiliteit en batch release, waarbij je werkt volgens de geldende GMP- en EHS-richtlijnen. Je identificeert en escaleert afwijkingen en afwijkende testresultaten, ondersteunt bij data-analyse, testtransfers en validaties en draagt bij aan continue verbeterprojecten binnen Quality Control. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij documentatie, audits, apparatuuractiviteiten en het trainen en begeleiden van collega's en stagiairs binnen jouw expertisegebied. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Uitvoeren van routine laboratoriumanalyses en controleren van testresultaten voor productie, stabiliteit en batch release. Identificeren, documenteren en escaleren van afwijkingen, atypische resultaten en trends. Uitvoeren van basis data-analyses en trendanalyses van testresultaten. Uitvoeren van toegewezen change-taken, testtransfers en validatieprotocollen. Deelnemen aan GMP-verbeterprojecten, waaronder SPS en 5-Why. Opstellen en aanpassen van werkinstructies en QC-documentatie. Deelnemen aan interne en externe audits en opvolging van auditbevindingen. Uitvoeren en coördineren van reiniging, onderhoud en kalibratie van laboratoriumapparatuur. Trainen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiairs binnen het eigen expertisegebied. Samenwerken met Operations, QA, Engineering, Equipment en externe leveranciers bij onderzoeken, onderhoud en kwalificatieactiviteiten. Vereisten MBO-opleiding in (bio)chemie, microbiologie of een vergelijkbare richting. Ervaring binnen een laboratorium en/of farmaceutische, biotech- of gereguleerde omgeving. Kennis van GMP, EHS en kwaliteitseisen. Ervaring met laboratoriumtesten, documentatie en het afhandelen van afwijkingen. Basiskennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Word en Excel. Bereidheid om waar van toepassing te werken met chemicaliën, biologische agentia en PPE/cleanroom-omgevingen. Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan trainingen, audits, apparatuuractiviteiten en verbeterprojecten. Nederlands is een must
