Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Associate to support testing, analysis, and documentation within their lab operations. The role involves performing routine tests, supporting product batch releases, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine analyses and verify test results for production, stability, and batch release.
- Identify, escalate, and investigate abnormal test results or deviations, maintaining data integrity and compliance with GMP and other regulations.
- Collaborate on change management tasks and perform transfer or validation of tests according to protocols.
-Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, perform cleaning and maintenance, and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and corrective actions are completed effectively.
- Support and participate in ongoing improvement projects and initiatives such as SPS or 5Whys.
- Contribute to documentation updates, including revising work instructions and writing new procedural documents.
- Engage with internal teams and external suppliers for equipment calibration and validation.
- Follow safety protocols, contribute to EHS policies, and participate in safety and health initiatives.

Requirements
-  An MBO level qualification in (bio)chemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
-  Relevant training or experience in quality control laboratory work.
-  Basic knowledge of GMP, data analysis, and laboratory automation.
-  Practical, accurate, and proactive approach with good organizational skills.
-  Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
-  Knowledge of office tools such as email, Word, and Excel.
