Role Description
In the role of Senior Business Process Specialist, you will work independently on business and technical projects, analyzing business processes, resolving issues, supporting process improvements, and translating business needs into effective solutions within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements and process needs.
  • Develop and document process flows to support process redesign and reengineering.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout projects.
  • Support compliance activities and maintain required documentation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience.
  • Experience in business process analysis, IT, business analysis, or a related technical area.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and relevant technologies.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, or process redesign.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical or life sciences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
