Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our business in the Nordic region. This role involves driving growth across key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and shaping strategies to maximize market potential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, leading local sales activities, and supporting the overall export ambitions of the company within the Nordics.

Responsibilities
-Manage and grow key retail and out-of-home accounts with full P&L responsibility.
-Lead and motivate a team of about 15 field representatives across Denmark and Finland, ensuring effective in-store execution and strategic alignment.
-Develop and execute plans to acquire new customers, expand private label offerings, and promote popular brands like Chocomel and Parrano.
-Lead tender processes and private label tenders to increase market share.
-Shape and scale the Netherlands-based export model in the Nordics through direct sales and distributor partnerships.
-Build and maintain strategic account plans, negotiate with customers, and strengthen long term relationships.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities, opening doors to new customers and markets.
Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and promotional teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategies and market activities.


Requirements
-Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably with export or international markets.
-Strong track record in developing customer accounts and achieving measurable growth.
-Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
-Excellent communication and influencing skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
-Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
-Fluent in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
