Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical System Owner Engineer to join our client’s team for an initial 6-month assignment (extension subject to performance and project needs). This is a fully onsite role focused on utility systems, maintenance support, and system lifecycle management within a regulated environment.
 

Responsibilities

  • Act as System Owner for utility systems including Chiller (mandatory), HVAC, and Compressed Air (nice to have)
  • Support maintenance activities and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Lead maintenance improvements and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Manage system lifecycle activities and recurring issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and key stakeholders on projects and upgrades


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • Experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or food industry preferred)
  • Mandatory experience with Chiller systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC and utility/building management systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Availability for 24/7 on-call duty rotation (1–2 times per month)
