Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planning Associate to join the team at the Breda site. This role involves managing short-term production scheduling for packaging lines, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the smooth operation of supply chains to serve patients across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate is either supply chain professional eager to contribute to a high-performance, GMP-compliant environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage short-term production plans for packaging lines, securing stable supply chains and on-time delivery.
- Create production schedules, oversee order management, and support product launches and phase-outs.
- Facilitate flawless execution by identifying and removing flow obstacles.
- Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs, proposing actions to stakeholders for continuous improvement, including MPS stability.
- Participate in daily operational meetings to review performance and coordinate cross-departmental actions.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, warehousing, and supply chain teams to align on capacity and realistic supply plans through weekly capacity meetings.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives across daily operations and projects.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, root cause analyses, and problem-solving activities.
- Ensure operational stability and supply chain efficiency while strictly adhering to GMP and GDP guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in supply chain planning preferred.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines is a plus but not mandatory.
- Interest or experience in process automation and tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is advantageous.
- Willingness to work onsite approximately 4 days per week, with a minimum of 3 days during the initial training period.
