Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead a team within a multi-shift system, ensuring smooth production processes, safety standards, and product quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a production team within a 5-shift system, ensuring safety, quality, and operational targets are met.
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material intake to the delivery of finished products, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members, encouraging ownership and active participation in process improvements and change initiatives.
- Plan and execute team goals and yearly plans, translating objectives into clear, actionable steps.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding the team in identifying opportunities and implementing optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, maintaining high operational standards.


Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within a multi-shift environment.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams during change processes.
- Experience in the food industry, with knowledge of quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Technical affinity and understanding of production processes to effectively manage operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch; proficiency in English is a plus.
- ICT skills and relevant management or leadership experience.
- 5-8 years of professional experience preferred.
