Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Data Governance & Risk Manager to support the organization’s data management framework. You will play a key role in ensuring effective control and oversight of data-related risks, aligning data strategies with the company's long-term goals.


Responsibilities:
-Act as a strategic advisor on data management policies and control objectives across the organization.
-Develop and align control measures and objectives based on the evolving IT and data landscape.
-Lead awareness programs on data management best practices in collaboration with Compliance.
-Provide expert advice to senior management and risk committees on data management risks and controls.
-Oversee the reporting of data management risk profiles within the enterprise risk management framework.
-Support the internal team by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of data risk controls.

Requirements:
-5-10 years of experience in data management within a financial institution, preferably in banking.
-Proven experience in a second-line risk management or control function.
-Strong organizational sensitivity and practical application of expertise.
-Ability to work effectively in an international environment with subject matter experts.
-Energetic, decisive, and persistent, especially in change-driven settings.
