As part of the Business Technology team, you will play a key role in delivering automation and IT solutions for new production equipment and systems. Ensure automation solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience delivering automation projects within industrial manufacturing environments. Strong expertise with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems, preferably Siemens, Rockwell, and iFix. Proven experience with equipment engineering, installation, commissioning, and startup activities. Knowledge of manufacturing and formulation processes, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments. Understanding of industrial networks, Windows Active Directory, and related IT infrastructure. Experience working within regulated industries and familiarity with GAMP guidelines and computerized systems validation. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders. Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
