Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee the smooth operation of the management support team. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring effective communication within a busy, international setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting leadership at the highest level.
Responsibilities
-Manage complex calendars and email accounts for senior management.
-Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and essential documents for executive meetings.
-Proactively track deadlines, follow up on actions, and monitor decision-making processes.
-Coordinate business travel arrangements, organize internal and external events, and handle logistics for meetings and conferences.
-Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
-Support management team meetings, including coordinating agendas and facilitating communication.
-Organize town halls, virtual events, and company-wide onshore/offshore meetings.
-Oversee internal communication channels, including newsletters and updates.
-Lead and develop the Management Assistant team, including conducting performance reviews and coaching.
-Create resource plans and oversee day-to-day team activities.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Management, Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role -supporting senior executives.
-Proven experience leading or coordinating a team is preferred.
-Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive, with a high level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
