Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and other process documentation. Ensure documentation remains accurate, compliant, and reviewed on time. Work with warehouse, distribution, operations, and planning teams to solve process issues. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes through technology, automation, WMS/TMS, and other digital solutions. Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance. Use data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help implement sustainable process changes. Communicate process improvements and align stakeholders across different teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2+years of experience in logistics, supply chain optimization, process improvement, or a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience analyzing processes and translating findings into practical improvements. Strong attention to detail, particularly around data and process documentation. Experience working with SOPs and within a regulated or quality-driven environment. Good knowledge of logistics systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing different priorities. Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage. Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus. Willingness to work five days onsite in Leiden.
