About the Position
As an Associate Supply Chain (Import/Export), you will be responsible for coordinating the international movement of pharmaceutical products from manufacturing sites to customers around the globe. You'll oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, working closely with logistics providers, manufacturing sites, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipments are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role combines supply chain coordination, customer service, and international logistics in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international import and export shipments from order through delivery

Process daily supply orders and ensure accurate execution

Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation

Monitor shipments proactively and resolve transportation or service issues

Coordinate product returns and support exception handling

Collaborate with logistics providers, manufacturing sites, affiliates, and distributors worldwide

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to KPI reporting and process optimization

Ensure all activities comply with GMP, GDP, and company quality standards
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of supply chain experience, or a Master's degree

Experience within a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry is preferred
-
Knowledge of international logistics, import/export processes, or order management
-
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software is an advantage
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Motivated to drive process improvements and contribute to operational excellence
