Role description
We are looking for a Senior Associate Supply Chain to support global warehouse analytics and capacity planning activities. This position focuses on developing standardized dashboards, performing warehouse capacity analysis, and delivering actionable insights across multiple international warehouse locations.
The role combines supply chain knowledge, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and reporting expertise to support warehouse planning, governance activities, and operational decision making.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve warehouse capacity dashboards and automated reporting
- Standardize reporting and analytics across global warehouse sites
- Perform recurring warehouse capacity analysis and scenario assessments
- Monitor warehouse utilization, constraints, and emerging capacity risks
- Validate warehouse master data including storage types, pallet information, and capacity constraints
- Support planning cycles and governance forums through reporting and analytical insights
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
- Coordinate with planning teams, warehouse experts, and system owners to ensure accurate data inputs
- Translate business requirements into analytics deliverables and reporting solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Power BI and/or Databricks
- Strong data analytics and dashboard development experience
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes
- SAP experience including inventory management, capacity planning, or Plan to Stock processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
