Role Description
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for optimizing warehouse capacity planning and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate warehouse capacity, inventory, and storage data.
- Analyze warehouse utilization and identify capacity risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and supply chain KPIs.
- Support warehouse planning, inventory management, and material flow activities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, QA, QC, MSAT, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, and internal quality standards.
- Support batch traceability, inventory reconciliation, CAPA, deviations, and audit readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/EWM) and warehouse or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain, warehouse operations, and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GxP, Data Integrity, CAPA, Deviations, and Change Control.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and RCA methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams is preferred.
