Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Improvement Specialist to join our team temporarily. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the technical reliability of production equipment and lines, working directly on the shop floor to implement sustainable technical improvements that reduce unplanned downtime and boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Responsibilities:
•    Diagnose and reduce technically caused unplanned downtime on production lines.
•    Improve preventive maintenance programs and overall system reliability.
•    Optimize line balancing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting processes.
•    Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify long-term issues and implement preventative solutions.
•    Strengthen Tier 1 problem-solving practices within the maintenance team.
•    Coach maintenance technicians and technical operators in best practices.
•    Provide technical expertise during Tier 2 performance reviews.
•    Collaborate with the Performance Excellence Specialist to analyze OEE losses from technical and operational viewpoints.
•    Define, implement, and sustain structural improvement solutions.
•    Foster effective collaboration between maintenance and operations teams.
•    Ensure that Tier 2 meetings lead to clear root cause identification and preventive actions.


Requirements:
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance or Reliability Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
•    Strong background in OEE analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and preventive maintenance.
•    Hands-on approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
•    Proven ability to build effective relationships with operational teams.
•    Experience with problem-solving methodologies, change management, and technical maintenance processes.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
