Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Deployment Lead to oversee the successful deployment of a new ERP system at multiple factory locations. The role is crucial in ensuring all deployment activities are coordinated smoothly, with a focus on timely delivery and stakeholder engagement at the Leeuwarden site.

Responsibilities:
•    Own the deployment readiness for the site, ensuring all activities are aligned and executed effectively.
•    Coordinate local teams across various workstreams, including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, planning, and R&D.
•    Lead testing, training sessions, and system cutover activities.
•    Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing any challenges.
•    Act as the primary point of contact for site teams and leadership regarding deployment activities.
•    Collaborate closely with process owners, IT teams, external partners, and site leadership to ensure seamless implementation.
•    Develop and embed work instructions, and facilitate process testing across departments.
•    Influence and manage stakeholders, including plant management and production teams, to drive organizational change.


Requirements:
•    Minimum of 7 years’ experience in supply chain transformation, ERP deployment, or project management.
•    Proven experience with SAP or similar large-scale business transformation projects.
•    Manufacturing experience is preferred.
•    Strong execution focus with a hands-on mentality.
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
•    Capable of motivating teams and managing change effectively.
•    Willingness to work on-site at the factory locations.
