Role Description
This position focuses on driving commercial growth across the Nordic region by expanding customer relationships, developing new business, and strengthening market presence. You will take ownership of key accounts while shaping strategies for both branded and private label offerings. The role also requires building an effective export model and leading local execution efforts to unlock market potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow retail and out of home accounts with full profit and loss responsibility
- Lead and guide a team of field representatives to ensure strong in store performance
- Develop and execute account plans and regional sales strategies
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Nordic markets
- Drive brand growth and lead private label tenders
- Build strong relationships with distributors and commercial partners
- Oversee export strategy and expand regional distribution models
- Lead negotiations and manage customer partnerships
- Coordinate promotional calendars and campaign execution
- Contribute to achieving volume growth and optimizing production utilization
Requirements
- Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience including sales exposure
- Experience in FMCG industry is required
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and growing accounts
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience in export markets is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial and proactive approach
- Fluent in English
