Role Description
For the Incoming Quality Assurance team, we are looking for an Associate QA professional who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming packaging materials before they are used in manufacturing and packaging operations. In this role, you will perform sampling, inspections, reviews, and release activities while working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues. This is a hands-on quality position requiring strong attention to detail, GMP awareness, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sampling, inspection, review, and release activities for incoming packaging materials, including printed and non-printed components.
  • Ensure all incoming materials meet established quality and procedural requirements before release.
  • Provide QA oversight for incoming material receipt and inspection processes.
  • Investigate and follow up on quality issues with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Conduct additional inspections and damage assessments when required.
  • Support compliance with GMP and quality standards throughout the incoming materials process.
  • Accurately document findings and maintain quality records within applicable systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of material-related issues.

Requirements
  • MBO, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related GMP-regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and/or GDP regulations and their practical application.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working within structured procedures and regulated environments
