Role Description
As an Cybersecurity Specialist you will support site-level cybersecurity and operational activities. In this role, you will ensure continuity while the current Site Lead is engaged in a global cybersecurity remediation programme.
Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for OT and cybersecurity topics at site level
- Perform inventory and qualification of OT assets in line with enterprise frameworks
- Review and support improvement of the site security operating model
- Document security models, governance structures, and responsibilities in an audit-ready format
- Define and document procedures for enterprise password management solutions
- Coordinate patching activities, maintenance, and related operational communications with IT
- Collaborate with IT, OT, cybersecurity, quality, and corporate teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and OT environments
- Experience in corporate environments with strict governance and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to apply enterprise policies at a site or operational level
- Experience with asset management and security governance models
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
- Experience working in structured, audit-driven environments
