Job Description
We are looking for a Product Data Governance Specialist to support end-to-end product data management across Europe. The role is focused on ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across systems, so it can flow correctly from internal source teams to downstream users and customers. The Product Data Governance Specialist works closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, consistent, and kept up to date across systems
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end flow of product data from source owners to receiving systems and stakeholders
- Coordinate data inputs with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, R&D, IT) to ensure timely and correct delivery
- Support data governance practices, helping define and enforce standards and ways of working
- Track and report on data performance and contribute to improvements against agreed KPIs
- Perform regular data checks, audits, and cleansing activities to prevent recurring issues
- Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and support implementation of best practices
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, and changes to processes
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in product data, master data, or product information management
- Proven attention to detail and strong focus on data quality and integrity
- Experience working with data governance standards and structured processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and improve processes
- Temporary Full-Time Contract (1 year)
Other Information
This role is based on-site in the Rotterdam area and requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
