About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to support pharmaceutical production operations across multiple manufacturing lines. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a fast paced production environment, follows procedures accurately, and is committed to quality and safety standards.
The successful candidate will work across automated, semi automated, and manual production lines while contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and team performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate pharmaceutical production lines according to approved procedures
- Follow GMP and standard operating procedures at all times
- Support production targets related to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and performance
- Work collaboratively with operators, technicians, and line leaders
- Participate actively in shift handovers and daily reporting
- Escalate issues promptly and communicate clearly with line leadership
- Ensure assigned training is completed within required deadlines
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Adapt quickly to different production lines and assigned tasks
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Pharmaceutical, GMP, or GDP experience preferred
- Experience following standard operating procedures
- Experience working with multicultural teams
- General MBO Level 2 education or equivalent
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a structured and disciplined manner
