Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner – Plant / Operations to support the financial management of a manufacturing plant in Denmark. This role involves partnering closely with the plant management team to drive financial performance, optimize processes, and contribute to international projects like ERP implementations. The successful candidate will be hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Responsibilities
-Act as a financial advisor and sparring partner to the Plant Management Team in Nyborg.
-Analyze operational KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and costs, providing insights and improvements.
-Monitor and optimize standard costs and profit margins.
-Perform variance analyses related to volume, product mix, pricing, and efficiency.
-Support and challenge investment decisions and business cases for CapEx projects.
-Contribute actively to ERP implementation and IT transformation initiatives.
-Promote process improvements and standardization within operations.
-Participate in cross-location improvement projects and initiatives.
-Report directly to the Group Operations Controller and be part of the Operations Control team.

 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or operations setting.
-Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
-Comfortable working in an international environment; fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
-Willing to travel approximately once a month to Nyborg, Denmark.
