Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the import and export activities related to pharmaceutical products. This role involves managing end-to-end shipments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate the distribution of pharmaceutical products worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
•    Process daily supply orders in accordance with company policies.
•    Handle export and import documentation to facilitate smooth international shipments.
•    Book, track, and monitor shipments, proactively addressing potential issues.
•    Resolve service and transportation challenges efficiently.
•    Manage return processes, ensuring accurate and compliant handling.
•    Collaborate with third-party logistics providers, vendors, and internal departments to optimize the supply chain.
•    Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including affiliates and distributors.
•    Represent the supply chain team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing KPI reporting.
•    Stay updated on GMP/GDP regulations and relevant training.
•    Review and recommend enhancements to Order-to-Cash policies and procedures.
•    Support disaster recovery planning alongside Corporate Planning, Distribution, and Quality teams.
•    Perform other duties as required to ensure efficient supply chain operations.


Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, coupled with at least 2 years of supply chain experience within a GMP or GDP regulated environment.
•    Strong multitasking abilities and experience working with diverse, international teams.
•    Comfortable with computer systems and ERP software.
•    Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
•    Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality.
•    Knowledge of logistics and issue resolution in a supply chain context is preferred.
•    Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems independently.
