Role Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing excellent service by resolving inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth process throughout.
- Monitor deliveries, process returns and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently within the order-to-cash process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams to coordinate orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data while following company procedures and quality standards.
- Communicate proactively with customers via email and phone regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise.
- Work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO level education or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, order management, or order-to-cash processes
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
