Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Brand/Portfolio Manager to support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations for select brands. The role involves coordinating projects across multiple channels and ensuring timely, effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, and traditional media channels.
- Manage campaign schedules, coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution.
- Oversee daily brand activations, including in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with sales and customer marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at retail and consumer points.
- Localize regional content to align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with sales and other departments to support product launches, in-store promotions, and consumer communication strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, and handle administrative tasks such as PO and invoice processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in brand marketing and campaign execution within FMCG, preferably in food.
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP & Fiori, Ariba.
- Quick learner with strong stakeholder management skills and proactive attitude.
- Experience with sampling, events, or retail media is advantageous.
