Requirements - MBO-level education or equivalent technical/production experience. - Previous hands-on experience within manufacturing, production, packaging, or process operations. - Experience working with automated or semi-automated production equipment. - Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, or regulated manufacturing procedures. - Experience completing GMP or production documentation. - Familiarity with machine set-ups, changeovers, line clearance, and close-down activities. - Experience performing cleaning activities within a production environment. - Good technical troubleshooting skills and confidence making minor equipment adjustments. - Good communication skills in English. - Willingness to work within a rotating shift schedule.
