Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their dynamic quality team. In this senior role, you will support the QA department by ensuring the quality and safety of products, raw materials, and manufacturing processes within their factories in Belfeld and Venlo.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update quality processes and documentation in collaboration with the QA Manager
- Handle internal and external complaints related to production
- Manage product holds and address quality issues in production processes
- Conduct process and product inspections to ensure standards are met
- Organize and assist with internal audits and hygiene inspections
- Prepare and review product sheets and specifications
- Follow up on tasks outlined in the annual Quality & Environment plan
- Act as a key communication link between departments to promote quality awareness
- Lead by example to foster a culture of food safety and quality within the team

Requirements
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a degree in Food Technology or similar
- Experience in a QA role within the food industry is preferred
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Confident to lead, guide others, and promote quality standards
