Job Description
For this assignment, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer to support the introduction of new processes and/or products and to drive measurable improvements across operations. The role combines hands-on investigation work with project leadership, using Lean Six Sigma and change management principles to solve issues, prevent recurrence, and improve the way teams work.

Responsibilities
- Support process and product transfers, helping to introduce and embed new ways of working.
Lead and/or contribute to cross-functional investigations related to issues, deviations, or performance gaps.
- Define, coordinate, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent problems from returning.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities in technical and business processes.
- Initiate and coordinate improvements to processes, systems, and behaviors, ensuring changes are adopted effectively.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive data-based decisions and deliver sustainable improvements.
- Lead improvement projects, facilitate kaizen activities, and coach stakeholders/sponsors to ensure the right tools are used effectively.
- Work independently with moderate direction, acting as a knowledgeable partner to multiple stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in process engineering / process improvement in an operational environment.
- Strong track record in problem solving, investigations, and CAPA.
- Practical experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methods (certification is a plus).
- Confidence in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others through change.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven way and managing multiple priorities.
