Job Description:
For the Benelux market, we are looking for a Category & Market Insights Analyst (Benelux) who acts as a “co-pilot” to senior stakeholders. This person turns market, category and competitive data into clear insights and practical actions, helping the organization make better decisions and drive sustainable growth.

The role goes beyond maintaining dashboards: it requires strong analytical thinking, crisp storytelling, and the confidence to guide discussions with senior stakeholders based on facts.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver recurring performance reporting and monthly market/category updates.
- Run root-cause deep dives on performance issues and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Prepare and present insights in key stakeholder forums (including planning and leadership meetings).
- Maintain and refresh local databases, ensuring new items and competitive developments are captured accurately.
- Manage day-to-day collaboration with external data partners and ensure data quality and continuity.
- Provide forward-looking analysis, trends and shopper insights to support category growth and market share development.
- Partner closely with commercial, marketing, supply and finance teams to align on insights and actions.


Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in business analysis, consumer/shopper insights or market research (around 3+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with syndicated market data and tools (e.g., Nielsen) and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Confident communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Professional English fluency; Dutch is an advantage.
- Experience with shopper data tools (e.g., YouGov) is a strong plus.

Other Information:
The position is based in the Benelux region with a hybrid working set-up, including regular time on-site with the team.
