Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Supply Planning Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning for a large and complex product portfolio. This person will play a key role in balancing service, cost, and inventory performance while leading a planning team across multiple locations.
This role requires a strong leader who can work across functions, align senior stakeholders, and help drive improvements in planning processes and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply planning activities across a complex product network
- Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals across multiple locations
- Drive alignment between demand, supply, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Support and lead planning processes across operational and tactical horizons
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across supply chain, operations, finance, and commercial functions
- Balance service levels, cost, and cash performance in planning decisions
- Contribute to planning improvements, transformation initiatives, and new ways of working
- Develop reporting, scenario planning, and decision support tools to improve planning quality
- Promote a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong experience in supply chain and supply planning leadership
- Background in food, FMCG, or another complex process manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with S&OP or similar planning processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Able to work effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English
- Dutch is an advantage
- Temporary assignment - 6 months
