Job Description:
The Strategic Revenue Management Analyst role focuses on improving promotional effectiveness and mix management through deep data analysis. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making, enhance profitability, and optimize investment strategies. This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and category management, making it ideal for professionals looking to grow within FMCG commercial strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze promotional performance across customers, channels, brands, and packs
- Evaluate promotion mechanics such as ROI, depth, frequency, and incremental volume
- Identify opportunities to improve promotional efficiency and reduce trade spend losses
- Support the development of promotion guidelines and decision frameworks
- Analyze product mix performance across brands, channels, and customer segments
- Identify opportunities to accelerate, optimize, defend, or rationalize product portfolios
- Build dashboards and reports for commercial teams
- Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
- Support business reviews, planning cycles, and internal strategy discussions
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and category management teams

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, finance, sales, or commercial analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
- Solid commercial understanding and interest in revenue growth strategy
- Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI, NielsenIQ, VisualFabriq, or ThinkCell is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Detail oriented and structured approach to problem solving
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn

- Hybrid, 2 to 3 days in office
- Interview process includes a face-to-face interview followed by a panel interview with a business case
